Tsipa, Pfumbidzai & Zvirekwi Honoured Following A Majestic Season

After being crowned Champions of the domestic premiership on Saturday at Ascot Stadium, Makepekepe have provided 3 players to the soccer stars calendar with Top Scorer Leonard’Mudhara Vachauya’ Tsipa making it to the best 11 of 2016.

Tsipa who finished the race with 12 goals graces the calendar together with team mates Ronald Pfumbidzai and Hardlife Zvirekwi.

With 17 assists to his credit, left back Pfumbidzai has played a huge part for Makepekepe in their quest to clinch the coveted trophy.

Warriors and United’s right back Zvirekwi also made it to the final 11.

Second placed FC Platinum produced midfielder Walter Musona and goal keeoer Petros Mhari despite lasting to the wire before losing the prestigious trophy to Caps on the closing day.

Matabeleland North side Hwange FC have Gift Mbweti from their ranks.

Mbweti finished the race with 9 goals under his belt, 3 shy of Top scorer Tsipa.

Third placed Highlanders under the tutelage of Erol Akbay got Peter Mudhuwa on the best performers.

Former champions Chicken Inn FC produced Clement Matawi whilst Ngezi Platinum’s Liberty Chakoromoka and Dembare’s Godknows Murwira also featured
